Ian Campbell

Ian Campbell is a Venture-backed entrepreneur (two exits), seasoned engineer (GT MSAE) and inventor. Ian is CEO of OnScale (recent Parkway 4.5x exit) and has a MSAE in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech and and a MBA from Georgia Tech.

Kirk Spahn

Kirk is an innovator, educator, technologist and entrepreneur. Almost a decade ago, Kirk shepherded an online education program that became Dwight Global Online School. In 2021, Niche ranked Dwight Global as one of the best online high schools in the United States.

Vasek Pospisil

Vasek Pospisil is a professional tennis player and 2014 Wimbledon champion. Vasek is currently ranked 61st in the world (2020 YE) and was voted Comeback Player of the Year by his peers in the 2020 ATP Awards. Vasek co-founded the Professional Tennis Players Association with Novak Djokovic and is also an active venture investor and entrepreneur.

Tommy Haas

Tommy is one of the most talented and dedicated athletes in the sports world. He was previously ranked #2 globally in singles, and was also Gregg Hill’s former doubles partner. Tommy’s drive to be successful in everything he does coupled with his lifelong dedication to sports and wellness is a winning combination for Parkway.

Dr. Jonathan Hiller

Dr. Jonathan Hiller is VP Engineering at PTC, Former CTO at Frustum Inc and former Director of Engineering at Modular Robotics. Jonathan has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell with a focus on robotics, 3D printing and AI, a MS Mechanical Engineering from Cornell and a BS Mechanical Engineering University of Washington.

Omran Al-Kuwari

As CEO of Qatar Foundation International, Omran Al-Kuwari supports and provides input into strategic directives at the organization. Prior to joining Qatar Foundation International, Omran has held several key leadership positions in various organizations such as Qatargas, Qatar Petroleum, ExxonMobil, GreenGulf, and Enterprise Qatar, as well as the role of Economic Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Commerce. Omran holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from George Washington University in Washington DC, a master’s degree in Business Administration from City University London, Cass Business School and a PhD in Energy & Sustainable Resources from University College London.

Robert Bibow

Rob specializes in developing high-growth companies with a particular focus on sustainable energy, technology, emerging and disruptive innovations, and ventures that bridge financial opportunities, spanning Asia, Europe, and the United States.

Rob is a serial entrepreneur and investor whose previous early and mid-stage personal and professional investments have resulted in over a dozen high-profile exits, and public offerings on major exchanges, including: Lyft ($25 billion IPO), Didi Chuxing ($73 billion IPO), Compass ($7 billion IPO), Qihoo 360 ($62 billion IPO), Coursera ($4.5 billion IPO), Rong360 ($3.5 billion IPO), Casper ($575 million IPO), Accolade ($1.2 billion IPO) and Mobileye ($15 billion acquisition by Intel).

Rob has also been an early investor in private firms with significant venture capital commitments and value growth, including: Better Mortgage ($4 billion current valuation), Impossible Foods ($4 billion current valuation), Ola ($6.5 billion current valuation), Dataminr ($1.9 billion current valuation) and SenseTime ($7 billion current valuation).

Rob joined Parkway from Alumni Ventures Group, the third most active venture capital investor in the U.S. and 7th most active globally, where he was the Managing Partner of Fission Ventures, and a shareholder in the parent company. Prior to Alumni Ventures Group, Rob was Managing Director, Partner, and member of the Investment and Risk Committees of Hong Kong and Shanghai-based Sailing Capital, a venture capital fund with $1.2 billion of assets under management.

Before joining Sailing Capital, Rob advised a series of ultra-high net worth individuals on venture capital and private equity investments, including very early investors in: Skype, Mail.RU and the precursor firm to Virgin Media. Rob also served as Partner and Global Head of Direct and Co-Investments for Atlantic-Pacific Capital in London.

Prior to working in venture capital and private equity, Rob served as an investment banker with Goldman Sachs, UBS, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. As an investment banker Rob worked globally, living extensively in: New York, London, Zurich, Beijing, and Hong Kong. He worked as an advisor on M&A, debt, hybrid and equity transactions with an aggregate value of approximately $100 billion. Among these were, the acquisition and financing of RJR Nabisco by KKR, which to this day remains one of the largest leveraged buyouts ever completed, the demutualisation of Prudential Financial, one of the largest demutualisations in U.S. history, and the initial public offering for China Life, China’s largest life insurance company.

Rob has lived in: Canada, China, France, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College and speaks four languages.

Nekeshia Woods

Managing Partner

Nekeshia specializes in creating and executing growth strategies for large and small organizations. Her experience at Morgan Stanley includes leading portfolio strategy and focusing on business management initiatives for the Private Wealth Management business and serving as the engagement and adoption lead for the Morgan Stanley Digital organization.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Nekeshia was Head of Strategy at Artivest, a Fintech start-up, where she focused on expansion into new customer segments within the Wealth Management and Asset Management sectors. Nekeshia also held leadership roles focused on business growth opportunities, digital efficiencies and cost optimization while at BlackRock, PwC, Booz, and IBM.

Nekeshia started her career in politics where she first worked as an intern at the White House for George W. Bush and later served as a political appointee in the White House Liaison Office for the Department of Homeland Security.

In 2014, Nekeshia had her first run for public office as a New York State Assembly District 66 candidate. In addition to being active in politics, Nekeshia currently serves on the Steering Committee for Lincoln Center Young Patrons. Nekeshia holds a BSFS from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and a J.D. from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.

Brian Hoyt

Brian Hoyt, the former CIO of Unity Technologies, is Parkway VC’s COO. Brian is fortunate to be among the youngest CIOs in Silicon Valley. During his extensive career, Brian has made an indelible mark on the technology world with the companies he has backed. As the CIO of Unity Technologies, Brian was instrumental in taking the world’s most popular gaming engine, used by the majority of game developers, and flexing it to the needs of the enterprise market. Today, Unity is the top business platform for next-gen digital applications and enterprise experiences, leveraging 25+ novel technologies, such as augmented and virtual reality; powering 3D simulations, digital twins, and now – the Metaverse. Prior to Unity, he was the CIO at AppDynamics, which was acquired by Cisco in 2017. In addition to his professional experience, Brian has substantial experience working in enterprise and global markets. Brian began his career in IT at DHL, in the Czech Republic, supporting Global Sales and Marketing Applications before transitioning to Software as a Service implementations in the Salesforce space.

Gregg Hill

Co-founder, General Partner

Gregg is a Co-Founder and General Partner of Parkway, an experienced investor and a successful entrepreneur and operator. Over his career, Gregg has invested more than $1 billion across a variety of venture capital and real estate investments, and achieved outstanding returns.

Gregg is a serial entrepreneur, and active investor, with a business style which is active, forward-thinking and deeply collaborative. Gregg’s constant energy and depth of experience make him an ideal sparring partner for founders who are looking to scale their businesses rapidly.
Prior to co-founding Parkway, Gregg was a founding partner of H&S Capital, an investment business he established with one other partner, primarily to invest for his own account. The most successful of these investments was Frustum, where Gregg was one of the first investors, largest, and as is his hallmark, most active investors.

Gregg is also Co-Founder and CEO of Hill Gray Seven (“HG7”). Gregg started HG7 with an initial investment of approximately $700,000, and since inception in 2000, has developed over 130 medical, self-storage, multi-family and retail properties. HG7 is the preferred developer for numerous Fortune 500 companies, such as Starbucks, DaVita, and Chipotle, and currently operates in 15 states. In addition, HG7 manages over 100 properties, on its own behalf and on behalf of others. Gregg is the Founder of Red Castle Farms, a thoroughbred horse racing corporation located in Pasadena California. Gregg remains CEO, but HG7 now operates independently, on a stand-alone basis and requires limited input from Gregg.

Gregg began his career at the age of 8 years old, when he was identified as an exceptionally gifted athlete, and enrolled in the highly-selective Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy (now the IMG Academy). Nick Bollettieri nurtured Gregg as a professional tennis player as he did for countless stars, including: André Agassi, Boris Becker, Jim Courier, Tommy Haas, Martina Hingis, Anna Kournikova, Monica Seles, Maria Sharapova, Venus Williams, and Serena Williams (to name a few), and by the age of 18, Gregg was one of the top college tennis recruits in America, doubles partner with Tommy Haas, had competed globally (Wimbledon, etc.) and had been featured on 60-Minutes and countless news outlets. At age of 20, Gregg’s life was abruptly interrupted by a major accident, which effectively finished Gregg’s professional tennis career. However, the drive that made him one of America’s the top college athletes, continues to infuse everything he does.

Gregg studied Economics at University of Southern California on a full athletic scholarship. Gregg has been awarded Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 (2014) and is a member of The Young Presidents Organization Orlando, and Board Member, and Southeast US Regional Chapter. Gregg is passionate about philanthropy and is deeply involved with is the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and was named the ADA’s “Father of the Year” in 2013. Gregg teamed up with Tommy Haas and launched a new charity called Match Point Impact. Match Point Impact helps raise money to provide the highest level of education and tennis training available to hard working, talented, and financially impacted youth.

Jesse Coors-Blankenship

Jesse is a Co-Founder and General Partner of Parkway, and a successful founder, entrepreneur and inventor, who developed an entirely new form of artificial intelligence software, and transformed that software into a successful technology company, Frustum Inc. Jesse holds both granted and pending patents for the technology he has developed.

Jesse’s deep technical expertise in Generative Design, Simulation, AI and SaaS technologies, combined with firsthand product design and development and business management experience, give him a unique perspective as a technology investor, and make him an ideal mentor, coach and advisor to early and mid-stage venture backed companies.  Prior to co-founding Parkway, Jesse was the Founder and CEO of Frustum, developing from the ground up a patented, core AI technology that automates the design of engineered products. Jesse built Frustum over the course of 5 years, culminating in a trade sale of the business to PTC, Inc. in 2018. Jesse’s early investors were returned over 9x their initial investment in Frustum.

Prior to founding Frustum, Jesse was a Senior Engineer with Autodesk, Inc., where he oversaw the implementation of experimental Generative Design technology exploring applications for key customer accounts, such as Airbus. Prior to Autodesk, Jesse held roles as a professor at Columbia University in New York City, and in Advance Applied Research in Artificial Intelligence at both Columbia University and Cornell University.

Jesse holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science from Columbia University and was the 2019 Columbia University Entrepreneur of the Year.
