Nekeshia specializes in creating and executing growth strategies for large and small organizations. Her experience at Morgan Stanley includes leading portfolio strategy and focusing on business management initiatives for the Private Wealth Management business and serving as the engagement and adoption lead for the Morgan Stanley Digital organization.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Nekeshia was Head of Strategy at Artivest, a Fintech start-up, where she focused on expansion into new customer segments within the Wealth Management and Asset Management sectors. Nekeshia also held leadership roles focused on business growth opportunities, digital efficiencies and cost optimization while at BlackRock, PwC, Booz, and IBM.

Nekeshia started her career in politics where she first worked as an intern at the White House for George W. Bush and later served as a political appointee in the White House Liaison Office for the Department of Homeland Security.

In 2014, Nekeshia had her first run for public office as a New York State Assembly District 66 candidate. In addition to being active in politics, Nekeshia currently serves on the Steering Committee for Lincoln Center Young Patrons. Nekeshia holds a BSFS from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and a J.D. from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
